With the purpose of contributing to the journey of women’s protagonism, the Essência Institute was born with a focus on bringing knowledge to women in prison situations, residing in the Mata Escura Prison Complex, in Salvador/BA.
With the support of a network of partner professionals who bring their content to them for free on a weekly basis, it was possible to teach classes on the themes of self-knowledge, art, culture, entrepreneurship, female empowerment and training, in order to present these women with new perspectives on life. – in and out of prison.
